We got a drive in tent site. At first appearance seems cleans and well kept..like a Koa, I was interested in dirt and 4x4..wife got our map and we had to shift to 4wd to get to our site, at the top of the mtn. Sweet deal! Beautiful valley views, and a great local eats. Well worth the 40$
