Nice little campground for free. Pit toilets, table and fire pit on each site, little beach and a boat ramp. We accidentally took the “road” from east … one hour for 9km with an 2WD Motorhome! The gravel road from west is much better an also accessible with a trailer.

Beautiful little free BC Hydro campground! Shared beach/day use gravel beach, with camp spots adjacent and above. Lower spots larger for RV use, upper spots great for tents. The reservoir and gravel beach made for nice swimming! Water was warm but not grossly so.
Pit toilets, safe and quiet with a host on site. Fairly buggy but that's to be expected

22 overnight sites with picnic tables & fire pits. Water pump, pit toilets, boat launch, gravel beach, and more tables in the day use area. Host on site. Completely free unless you want to buy a bundle of firewood. Max stay is 14 days.

Drive to this site was easy with 2WD in the rain, road to the West had a lot of potholes and was more challenging (you ever felt like your car was a boat on a rough sea?)

Would definitely stay here again and for an extended period.

Great spot. lots of bugs, but can’t complain for a free campsite!

Free BC hydro campsite. On site host, each site has a picnic table and fire pit. Wood available to buy. Pit toilets and potable water available.
Fantastic site!! We only ended up here by accident trying to get to another spot listed on iOverlander. Can’t believe it’s free!
