in high season there is an organized line that waites for a few nights next to the embassey. there is a mongolian guy that arrange it and you need to sign up in the list, better a few days before the day you want to come, and than to cone the evening before to get a temporary number. i suggest to come around 5:00 am the day you want to apply.
