NOTE: It's possible to drive directly south from here to Ruhubelent/Darwaza/Ashgabat instead of east through Dashoguz. Road surface on direct route is bad, but drivable and about 1/3 the distance.
Report Check-InTicket 21 TMT p. P. and 7 TMT for the camera. We stayed as well on the parking after asking. Pit toilets on site.
Report Check-InNice place, and good to see the ‘original’ buildings where most famous Uzbek sights are based on, and it’s not as overly Disney-fied as Uzbekistan. We camped on the parking after asking permission from the ticket-guys and paid 45 manat for entry and camera.
Report Check-InMausoleums, minarets, etc... from Khorezm empire (same for Khiva and Urgench in Uzbekistan). They registered our passports and van to visit it. Ticket 14MNT pp and 7mnt per camara. In north people is more happy and friendly but it's forbiden to take photos with them...but we and they took it.
