Campement Des Cascade, Banfora, Burkina Faso | Established Campground

This campement is the parking for the cascades, and camping in the parking was 2500 for 2 of us, plus 300 parking fee and 1000/person cascade fee. There's a pit toilet among the bungalows. There's plenty of shade but the cascades are extremely popular on the weekends. We camped Friday night and by noon Saturday when we left there were several hundred locals splashing about the cascades and at least another dozen minibuses driving up.

shady parking spot under big trees were you also can camp. you have to negotiate the price. We payed 1500 for 2 person and the van incl. parking. shower and toilet can be used from the restaurant/campment. Everything is very basic here but it is a
nice place to stay for a while.
I do not think the restaurant is open any more and if yes I would not eat here. So better bring all you need with you! Just water of the river available here!
From her is a 5 min walk to the first cascade. Some others are further on and best place for a swim is on the highest. (15min walk)
Also you can do a 3km walk frome here to the domes de fabedougou. First direction to the cascades and in the middle you have to go right hand. follow the path always up. After ariving a bigger path/way turn to the right to the direction to the pipelines. Direct after thr pipelines turn right and walk along the pipeline on a small path. After 500m you will reach a road and you have to follow it to the peaks.
There are also some tracks in the peaks. It is a beautiful area so take your time for this. Complete it took us 3.5 hour.

Very quiet camp site 10 minutes walk from the falls. Had a campfire. 2300cfa including "parking"

3000cfa but I think they make the price up as they go. Tried for 10,000 at first. Pretty spot &5 minute walk to Cascades de Karfiguéla
