one of the best hotels just because of its fantastic owners that are exceptional! the AC is a bit loud but anything else is amazing. Internet works well, while the other hotels did not have electricity we had it. We paid 55 use per night which is expensive for our 5 night stay but we did it happily to support such professional and nice family. They have fixers for Egypt too, they answer all your questions, help, find taxis... half moon is just around the corner and costs 6-10usd but they have no electricity when there is cut off and had coackroches. :( The only thing is that the area is far from eateries so that to get food you need to move about 20 min. go for a coffee in the latina square that is 2 min away to hangout with the locals. :)

Totally overpriced now for 100 USD per night! There are so much nicer hotels in town, e.g. the Lesamine Safari Hotel. Price is 110 USD per night, but so much better.

There has all being said. I'm bit to lazy: on the main road to the back of the hotel there's a jazz called papa Costa. Is worth a visit.
Park your car on the side of the hotel. It has guards at night.

We totally agree with the former comments. Wonderful place to stay in Khartoum if you want to escape the extreme heat or simply want to treat yourself. George and his brothers were so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed.
They know a fixer who helps with the application process for the Saudi Visa and they know a super nice guy called Hamido in Port Sudan who helped us with the ferry tickets from Suakin to Jeddah (+249912341234).

Old school hospitality, clean rooms, first class service, we really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel run by a greek family is the place to stop in Khartoum - they are very savvy and help with everything; also real old school hotel keeping, great internet connection, computers for printing and scanning and a lot more. We parked our Land Rover in front of the hotel (there is a guard) - no problem. We payed approx. 77 Euro per night. Impeccable rooms. When you are there on a Friday, do not miss the complementary guided city tour. Quiet and dark at night.

they will do everything for you. good breakfast. safe parking. very kind and helpful. driving distance to some nice restaurants and attractions. 90 dollars a night and wont take sudanese pounds. is a lot. very good service but the most ever ever spent. If it wasnt 45 degrees and ramadan we might have tried elsewhere.

The friendliest hotel I have been in during my African tour. George was very good in arranging my visa and other registrations.
