Very quiet with great viewsof the river.

Great site right next to the river.
Big rigs can park up the track on the edge of the dried out rice field.
Take advantage of the river boat trips to see the chimpazees and hippos, etc

a very nice place with very friendly people, the owner asked me to leave my email address. this is; [email protected]

We planned to go to Jajanbureh camp but turned here just because it was closer. Camped here for 1 night 500dh, 2 people. Nice place right at the river but the whole camp is nothing special, a little rundown. Owner knows no meaning of personal space, is a but creepy and invites himself to your dinner, however little you have. Not the best experience

Stayed for one night.
Place is nice located directly on the riverside.
You can drive in to the area with the bike but i think there is no guarded area for cars.
camp between the huts for 250 Dalasi. Took me a moment to get this price. First they wanted 750 D.
Didnt eat there but the buffet looked good (250D).
Electricity as said only in the evening. Shower and toilet was okey.

Rooms are 600. Not really sure where you would camp. The path into the place is barely big enough for my motorbike

Cold showers, no fans, bed bow in the middle a little bit like sleeping in a hammock, very basic but clean enough rooms. Plenty of holes in the mosquito nets (bed and windows).

Power by generator only. So 19:30-00:00. Made departing early a pain. It gets dark around 18:30 so that hour isnt great and the rooms are basically dark after 16:00.

I was the only guest, this may have helped cause issues with the reluctance to turn the power on.

When I arrived. I asked if it had a fan. They said yes. On inspecting the room, no fan. They said they'd get me a fan later on. It didn't happen and i had to br pushier than i like to be

Meal was 300 for the same you get at a chop shop for 50 and really wasn't very good. Beer was warm and expensive (double the price in Farfanni). A small water was triple what I'd paid at the shop 400m away by the ferry. Only had small waters apparently so no way to economise

Because they wouldn't turn the power on i ate my meal in the dark by a single candlelight until i broke and got my head torch.

An awful LOT of staff and their kids kicking around, 4 or 5 tried to sell me boat trips at every chance (knocking on my door for example to do this)

Pleasant location. But if i had it again. I'd definitely stay on the island where there was also camping available if you wanted it

I really regretted this choice all but a for taking a few nice photos of the river. Never again
