Nice spot along the side of the road. Flat enough, fire ring, pit toilet (which is down a path in the back right of the site - kind of hard to find, particularly in the dark!). Intermittent 1 bar of Verizon LTE
Report Check-InNice spot close to the Buffalo Creek MTB trailhead.
Well built pit toilet hidden in the trees.
Some commuting traffic during the day. Very quiet during the night.
Small roadside campsite, no pit toilet any longer. Busy road, cars and mountain bikers. A car and two mountain bikes rode by within 15 minutes of arrival. Decent stop if you need safe place for the night. Busy road because Hawksbill Crag/Whitaker Point a popular hiking trail is down the road.
Report Check-InGreat dispersed camping in the Ozarks. Near trail heads and the river, nice and secluded.
Report Check-InNice place off quiet dirt road. Great place to see the stars on a clear night
