The traffic is pretty heavy up until 22:00, a few trains throughout the night. We also had bad luck with a maintenance crew early in the morning. We are pretty heavy sleepers but we didn't have a great night here. Would only recommend when nothing else works for you.
Report Check-InAs described before. Minimal traffic on road. Occasional train. Very dark. Big lot. I was only one here.
Report Check-Inquiet place not too far off of the interstate. light traffic through the night, a couple of trains, and no one bothered us. slept here peacefully—amazingly temperate in the morn
Report Check-InAs described by OP. Train noise fairly loud, light to no road traffic overnight. Sign says no camping, park open from sunrise to sunset. Talked with state police, said to use best judgment (no fires, no nighttime hiking, keep it low key). Plenty of room for 23 foot / 7 meter Sprinter.
