Description
The Hogback Lake Area has a rustic campground with 3 sites, a 5 mile trail system passing 6 lakes with several different loops, and 5 backcountry campsites along the trail. There is also a boat launch and an accessible fishing pier.

This was one of our favorite spots of the week. Great view of the lake and some hikes near by.
Report Check-InSmall but pretty campground. Just 3 sites, all with table and firepit. Middle site, #2, is the best, has a view of the lake, the other 2 are also right across the road from the lake but trees obstruct the view. All campsites are small but well spaced, there is a parking lot for boats and trailers, not enough room in campsites for those. There is a fantastic trail system around the 3-4 lakes in the area, about 5 miles in all with 3 backpack campsites along the trail.
