Latest Check-Ins
All the interesting stuff is starting at the old lodge. Nice 4km trail that leads to cool rock pools and formations. The staff is useless, so you are on your own to figure it out, no map of the park available. Lots of brand new buildings, but no one around.
Flush toilets, but bring your own paper 😀. Free condoms. Views are absolutely amazing. Definitely one of those “This is Africa” moments…
The road to Quacha is Formula 1 quality. Best I’ve ever seen. To go from Matebeng Pass to this perfect road is beyond comprehension.
Report Check-InThe road from Casha's Nek is brand new, so it's very easy to get to this park. You can either camp at the new lodge (with ablutions) or bushcamp at the old lodge another 6/7 km further into the park (with no facilities). 4wd is recommended, although you might be able to reach the new lodge in a 2wd. It's not very easy to get information about activities in the park, but at the old lodge there are some signs of walks.
