it took us 2 hours to get the visa. first of all you need to print your e visa because you are not alowed to take your phone/ key or even bag inside ( you can give your bag to the miliary men in the entrance ) .
second you have to wear a covid mask ( they don't have , you have to bring one )
You can pay in Pkr roupies : 17500 / visa
You can park easilly in the street next to ambassy
You can come early ( 7h30-8h) to put your name on a list and like this you have a chance to go first in the line

When you receive you visa by email you have 60 days to collect it at the Iran embassy in Lahore. They are open 9-11 am monday to friday. They check your visa, you pay and in 10 min you get the hard copy of your visa. It is a 30 days single entry and you can use it in 3 months. We pay 17500 PKR italian Passport. I think you can also pay in € or $ because they asked us which currency.

Important you need a mask to enter the embassy. The visa fee you have to pay cash in pkr.

Easy and quick Visa Pick Up, Friendly people and organized.

Its close to a big road and easy to reach with your own vehicle. We arrive at 8:30 to put Name on the list and people are let in starting from 9. You can enter between 9 and 10. We only needed passport and the Visa letter from the agency. Nobody asked for an insurance. Payment of visa right there in Pakistani Rupees, don't know if other currency possible.

We payed 17500 per person, German passport, 30 days tourist visa. Took us one hour.

The worst! never ever go there if you dont absolutely need to! open from 9-10. you need extra insurance. no chance to do it in one day, because of short opening time. staff is pakistani and absolut unfriendly and arrogant. we now get out visa in quetta, cause they are not capable…

Realy easy.
First you are not allowed to take anything inside. No backpack, no phone no car key. But there is a guy under an umbrella where you can leave it behind.
I came at 10.30 had to wait 5 min. Then give pasport and visa grand notice.
Go down to pay at the bank in the same building. As a belgian i had to pay 10500pakistanis.
Then give the pay slip to the lady upstairs.
They put me in the vip room with some thee.
And a half hour later my visa was ready.
They gave me an electronic visa and also emailed me a copy.

Nice and friendly embassy. They told us in advance to obtain the visa grant notice via an agency and not by yourself. We used Hello Persia, they were only €15 per e-visa and provided excellent service.
Visa Application is done from 09:00-11:00 and ‘in house’ bank is open 10:00-12:00. We only needed visa grant notice. No photo’s, no copies and no need for a visa form to be filled in. After submission we got a paper, went to the bank (in the same building) and paid 9000 PKR per visa. Cash only. Directly after that we could pick up the visa. Took 1 hour in total. They said we paid the regular fee, not the urgent fee. We are from the Netherlands.
Have to say there were quite some people waiting outside and also inside, but they handled us first each time, so we were much quicker through the process. Others also needed to wait 3-4 days for their visa.
However, this embassy only provides A4 printouts of the E-Visa for non-Pakistani’s. So no sticker in the passport. We double checked and got confirmed this will be accepted at land borders.
