We visit the city cacheu which seems it was a wonderful nice place in the peak time when portugeses were here.
After the visit we sleeped at this remote shadow area with nice fresh brise from the sea.
The road is narrow and to come here will not be funny with big rigs with a high over 2.8m. ours is 2.5m and it worked perfect.
The people walking around sometimes here coming from work in the field are very friendly and shy. It seem no tourist came ever here😉

Indeed a nice place but thick branches hanging too low. I think only passible if your vehicle is under 2m in height. We didn't fit anymore with our rooftoptent on Landcruiser.
Report Check-InVisited this location today. Would highly recommend the route to Cacheu; very scenic, with beautiful villages. Although the bush camp looked attractive, the (thick) branches were now lower than 2 meter high... so we turned back to Bissau.
