Process:
1) Enter www.snedai.ci and follow the instructions: make the payment and choose the Embassy to issue the visa.
2) Go to the Embassy with these documents:
- Passport copy
- Yellow fever vaccination copy
- Payment receipt
- Application form filled
- Appointment copy
- Two passport photos
- Telephone and address of someone in IC
- Mali visa copy
- Stamped and signed letter of your accommodation in Mali
- Carte grise copy
- Driving license copy
- Car insurance copy
You must wear long trousers and no flipflops.

Just small update. You are not paying visa fee in the embassy. You need to pay on website which is 58 €. After pay you need to receive to add on your apply papers
Report Check-InVery friendly man there, you need to make the payment for the visa online. He will give all details for that, you need proof of payment. Then you can get the visa. Costs 58 euro.
