Big sign. Nice trees. Grass. Cabins. Lakefront. Guys in office playing cards. Old sign taped on window says CAMPING CERRADO.
Posting because it is a tiny dead end and really hard to turn a rig around. Don’t bother coming here with tent or camper. It’s closed.

Report Check-In

Campsite was still closed. No reason. There where people in the office of the campsite. We slept in front of the house next door very well to keep out of the strong wind.

Report Check-In

The bathroom is very clean and the water is extremely hot. They have cabins with dormitory style beds for 400 pesos per person. The camping is really cheap... but I went for a nice warm cabin to rest in a bed and get a good nights sleep... since I'll be forced to camp almost every night going South.

Report Check-In

Clean bathrooms, ( flush was not working - womens) Hot showers and a kitchen to use. We paid 140 for 2 persons, a car and a tent.
There are some cabanas for 400 pesos. Owners were pretty friendly. A pretty nice place to stay for that price
Ps: bakery el diego is pretty good and pretty cheap

Report Check-In

very cheap: 20 AR$ pp, plus 50 per tent or car. bathrooms are very clean now (and they are cleaning them again right now). warm cummon area.
great place

Report Check-In

Decent campground, especially for the price of 190 pesos, 2 people in a truck camper!
The women’s bathroom needs some repairs, flushing mechanism on toilets not working, a flooded toilet stall but the shower was actually fairly clean with beautiful hot water.
This is a windy place so there was some garbage blown around since the huge garbage bin had lost it’s top, the heavy piece was laying around in the campground.
Otherwise we spent a quiet night here.

Report Check-In

190p per car. Electricity at sites. If it‘s not too full, it‘s actually quiet nice with the little laguna in front and a playground next to it. The bathrooms were semi-clean, the showers warm to cold. The kitchen was clean at the time and there was no party going on, everybody was friendly.

Report Check-In

+ cheap (250 for 2 people, 1 car and 1 tent)
- very dirty (filthy toilets, broken doors and wc, forget any paper or soap)
- camp sites are pretty close one each other
+ very large and plenty of space

Report Check-In

good campsite. nice staff. the big kitchen can be used.

Report Check-In

Basic campsite, people having Argentinian bbq, basic but hot shower very cheap. We parked at the back next to the wall. Felt safe.

Report Check-In

Kind of strange vibe, but not sure if there’s much better (especially for the price). People from the town come to use the (dirty) kitchen building to smoke, drink, and party in. Not pleasant while you’re eating. Also the men that work here drink, smoke, and listen to music till very late. I asked how long the party goes until and they said “it’s open 24 hrs”. It’s a Wednesday. In the morning there are cigarette butts all over the kitchen floor and the guards come out of their trailer at 10am in their PJs to use the washroom. We didn’t really enjoy it here, but for one night it’s ok and at least the kitchen is warm and showers are hot (only from 8-10 am and pm).

Report Check-In

Simple place, friendly people, clean showers and kitchen to cook. No WiFi, good for a day or two max. Price was 140 for 2ppl and a Land Rover.

Report Check-In

Place is not too bad, good for 1-2 nights max, hot showers and they are clean. there is no WiFi, but there is a kitchen to cook.

Price was 140pesos for 2ppl and a Land Rover

Report Check-In

Really worth the stop. We camped the first time we passed through (140 for family of 4 with dog per day). Now in a cabana (450 for family of 4 car and trailer and dog). Hot showers and good warm kitchen. Great value for money

Report Check-In

ok camping, warm and clean bathroom, hot and nice shower. Very good Price, 100 for a van and 20 pp for one night. A bit windy but the nice lady put us close to a wall to have better protection. recommanded !

Report Check-In

muy bueno el camping! nos cobraron $40 pesos por personas y $50 por la carpa, seguramente por ser temporada baja, aún así debe ser el camping mas barato en toda la patagonia! suele haber mucho viento...

Report Check-In

90 arg por dos personas y una carpa, no cobran el ingreso de motocicletas, ducha caliente, cocina, no wifi, cerca al lago se accede la red wifi abierta de la hosteria.

Report Check-In

Nice campground. Bathrooms are not that clean but was ok. We only payed 90.- for a campervan and two people and could stay on the grassy part. Arround the laguna you‘ll have the possibility to do outdoor sports.

Report Check-In

we payed 90 Pesos for two persons plus car. not a bad option for one night.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for 3 nights and it's the best price-quality relation ever! Payed 90 pn for 2 persons. Toilets not the best but ok, showers hot and they clean everything everyday. It has a huge nice refuge with kitchen and several tables to cook and spend time chilling inside. Never found nothing better for this price!

Report Check-In

Not bad camping, but they ask 120 for RV and 20 pp, overpriced for they give you, and no wifi, better a ypf with wifi and bathrooms.

Report Check-In

still 50 for car plus 20 pp camping... no wifi.

Report Check-In

For 90 pesos for 2 persons it's a good Stop over Option. bathrooms aren't the best but work for one night. lots of space for tents.

Report Check-In

Good municipal campsite, showers hot, in end of September we paid 90 for 2 pers and a small van.

Report Check-In

Camping is 50 pesos and 20 pesos to use facilities i.e. the indoor dining/cooking area and bathrooms.
Showers have blazing hot water. Bathrooms were clean and not smelly.
My tent between 2 cabañas limited the wind which at times was quite strong - and very cold.
Sunsets were stunning. Great chill place out of season if you just want to relax a couple of days.

Report Check-In

Good municipal site as others have described. Camping between the Cabanas is possible and this gavr plenty of wind protection for my small tent on a very windy day. This site is excellent value for money ,(cost was 70pesos for one person and motorbike)

Report Check-In

simple cabanas 400p (5-6 beds), tent 50, +pp20, 2 sink with water in kitchen, 2 gas cookers with 2 burners each, hot water in banos, shower on schedule

Report Check-In

too windy for tents but Cabanas are good (with heater !) to stop for one night. there is also a réfugier for cooking (gas stove are available) and eating. hot showers only between 8-10 am and pm. cabañas cost 400p per night. weak point: no running water in the kitchen. only one tap available outside.

Report Check-In

nice, clean campground with grassy fields, which is a big plus :-). and relativy cheap!

Report Check-In

No WiFi but very clean and not expensive, hot shower, kitchen heated, playground for children close to the campground with sport équipements

Report Check-In

The bathroom is heated , very nice in Patagonia.everything was clean and friendly. Paid 70 pesos for sleeping in my car. Good value

Report Check-In

100 pesos for the campervan and 20 pesos pp. Hot shower between 8:00-10:00, 20:00-22:00. Nice big sheltered place with two gas stoves and lots of tables.

Report Check-In

decent camping with facilities already mentioned. noisy road traffic but all in all a decent camping spot. paid $100arg for the van, $50arg for a tent and then it's $20pp for the facilities. so essentially $70per. We were 3 people. two in a van. one in a tent. kitchen is very basic but it is a nice place to hide out.

Report Check-In

The very positive aspect was the price- we paid 90ARS for two people with a tent. Bathrooms were clean, the kitchen not so much but at least it's indoor. In general the low cost makes it definitely worth it.

Report Check-In

Cheap cabanas to stay out of the wind. not an overly nice campground but for the money you can't beat it. We paid 400 pesos for a Cabana which had 5 beds. We stayed here 2 nights and the first night we rented the other two beds in our Cabana to some Argentina motorcyclists who were super friendly. No wifi here but up the hill by the big white building there is unprotected wifi. The location is here on iOverlander. The showers are hot here at the campground but they are a bit dirty... The kitchen has gas burners but not much else. For the money I feel it's a good value to stay here. We are a group of 3 traveling by Moto.

Report Check-In

we stayed two nights. The Place is o.k. sanitary is simpel but it was clean and the shower where hot. NO WIFI !

Report Check-In

Its now 95 argpes pp, facilities are clean, place with a charme of its own and nice Sunset, Kitchen room only equipped with gas stove...liked it!

Report Check-In

Very cheap at 80 ARP for two persons with a camper. Unfortunately the positives end there. We didn't stay since the showers were not working and the owner impolitey told us to leave when we questioned him about it!

Report Check-In

They originally wanted $120 for myself and my motorhome. A little negotiating by referencing the prices quoted here brought the price down to 90. The rate is more expensive for large vehicles.

Report Check-In

Really cheap for the quality. 80 pesos for 2 with a motorbike. The indoor shelter is just a "paradise" when you are traveling during the winter! So hot inside ha-ha. Really hot shower too, clean and not smelly. Perfect.

Report Check-In

$80 for camping in the van. Use of heated kitchen-dining room and bathrooms. Hot showers from 8-10 am and 8-10pm. Check out at 10am.

Report Check-In

Camping simples com banheiros limpos e água quente. Para duas pessoas mais o carro custou 80 pesos argentinos. Aceitam cachorros.

Report Check-In

One motorcycle and two people cost 335 pesos for a heated cabin. We'll worth it on a cool and windy day. The bathrooms and kitchen building are also heated. Bathrooms were clean and well lit. Hot showers available from 8am to 10am, then again at 8pm to midnight.

Report Check-In

We paid 60k for two adults and our Honda Element. Bathrooms were fine while we were there, good hot water. It's still a pretty windy spot.

Report Check-In

85 pesos for two adults and our VW Kombi. By far the least expensive paid campsite we have found in Argentina. Several cabanas with bunkbeds, grass for tents, we parked next to the quincho which is very large and equipped with two gas stoves, a large sink, and tables for both prepping food and eating. One and a half blocks from a grocery store. If you don't need wifi, this is your best bet in town since hotels and hosterias will run you between 500-1000 pesos for a double room. Bathrooms were clean (no smell when we were there) and the showers were hot.

Report Check-In

There is a warm indoor kitchen and dining room which is a lovely shelter from the wind. The showers are warm, but they smell. Camping area is very small.

Report Check-In

35 pesos for the truck. 20 pesos per person. The dog got in free. There are cabanas, without bathrooms, that sleep 4 in bunk beds for 350 pesos. The bathrooms were clean.

Report Check-In

This campsite's saving grace is the indoor shelter. There is a small parking area where you can camp close to the car. The bathrooms smell foul, but work. Nice fluffy grass for tent campers.

Report Check-In

heated ablutions and hot, clean showers, nice and calm spot, cheap (55 Pesos)

Report Check-In

This is the city of Perito Moreno and not to the Perito Moreno glacier!

Parking in the rear corner of the campsite, specializing in the rental of Cabañas more than on RV camping. Vehicles must be parked just in the back part where there are no benches, tables and grills. Hot showers, toilets.
