Beautiful place to spend a night. Yes, there is noisy traffic, but its not really a bother. Less busy over here at CorralCanyon, more privacy vs WillsRogersState and Pacific Palisades

Still feeling the beach love! woke up this morning to a tractor trailer on one side of me and a huge forklift on the other side. told the guys they could have woken me up so that they'd have more room to work. They said it was no big deal they were just about done. I moved anyway!

Like everyone said, it’s pretty noisy and my cab over pop-top would rock a bit when traffic came by. Found a warning notice (paper on the windshield not a knock) from the sheriff but didn’t seem like a night or two would get you into any real trouble. Not bad in a pinch and a 10 minute drive to go surf is pretty awesome but don’t think I would stick around long, a lot better places to park with an ocean view

The waves keep drawing me back and you can't beat the view. the traffic noise is just background white noise like the waves crashing on the beach are. It's a wonderful place!

First night here, slept really well, sure there was road noise but it was kind of soothing. So was the Ocean waves right outside my window!

True to everyone's reviews, this spot is a good one night sleeper. Noise from the traffic and the occasional ocean gust that can rattle the vehicle will be your only concerns. Woke up to a nice view and Malibu pier is just down the road!

We stayed a night. It was very noisy till 11pm and starting again at 6 am. A. couple of campers stayed here. Nice sunrise.

as described- side parking along the beach between highway and Beach. at my time the toilets are clean, and they get cleaned all third day. except the noise no other issues

Off the side of the highway, right next to the beach. You have the ocean and sounds of crashing waves on one side, and the really loud highway on the other. Okay for a night of two but the cars drive by really fast, they actually shake your car... nice waking up to the beach though. However, the Malibu beach is quite dirty, trash everywhere! We tried cleaning some of it up but there’s so much!

Overlook to Malibu beach, next to the highway 1. it is bit offset and traffic noise is not too bad.

Good for one night, beside the highway so expect a certain noise. Free and safe if you have a good spot. We moved at the end of the beach at 6am (more quiet but forbidden from 12midnight to 6am).

We stayed here one night on a Friday. As described before, you park right next to the road, so expect a lot of noise. If you park in the lowest part, cars pass by faster, so it's better to find a spot on either end of the road. The Southern end is right on a slope, but there is a leveled area with space for 3 o 4 cars, the Northern end is close to a red light, so cars pass by slower.

It’s right next to the highway, but if you don’t mind the traffic noise it‘s an alright place to sleep. The beach down below is really quiet on the other hand. We went swimming in the morning and we saw lots of dolphins!

Safe place for the night. Waves were lovely noise to drown out the car traffic. Garbage cans available and (disgusting) porta potties.

Nice spot further off the road than most. Only accessible heading southbound so if heading north will have to make a u turn. Waves crashing on one side and cars whizzing by on the other! Couple others parked there. No police bothered us!

Very close to the highway but if you're lucky and are the only one here you can park a bit further away. Also lot of other vehicles right next to the highway in the last kilometre leading up to here which did not seem very safe. Pretty quiet until 6am, you can hear the waves when the cars are not passing! Pretty cool view in the morning

Nice place above the beach. We had a beautiful sunset here. There are four pit toilets down where the lifeguard tower is. But the highway is really noisy all night long.

Great spot as it is maybe the only free one in the area. Quiet till 6am. No police came.
Tom Hanks amongst other stars are leaving in the little street along the shore, just few meters south of this point on Malibu Road. With a bit of luck you might see one or the others when walking around in the neighbourhood.

Next to the beach. Nice spot to see the sunset. We stayed overninght and We had no problems with police, who passed twice. Only bad thing is that is very close to the Highway
