Didnt see anything at that location. Maybe we missed it. But if you are a bit short in fuel to get to Angola, there is 2 Total station in Matadi (cant miss them, they are on main road). Not cheap though, 2850 FC for diesel, but for a few liters just to get trough, its fine. You can pay with dollars of course.

Confirmed what Dimslar' Anja and Lukas stated: gasstation 80 km into Angola with the black market exchange rate makes 1L Diesel 0.37,- USD at this moment.
