Serviço de descarte de água negra ou portapoti e água cinza. Também tem água potável disponível. Utilizei os serviços na baixa temporada, não cobraram nada, pude utilizar a praça para descarregar a água negra e cinza e ainda abastecer a caixa de água do motorhome.

Black water or portapoti and gray water disposal service. There is also drinking water available. I used the services in the low season, they didn't charge anything, I was able to use the square to unload black and gray water and also fill the motorhome's water tank.

muy práctico el vaciado de aguas grises y negras. no puede cargar agua porque no tenía adaptador para esa canilla (1" creo). No me cobraron ya que no estaba la persona responsable de eso, pero amablemente me permitieron realizar los servicios igual.

All above is very true. Fine place to dump both black and grey water, as well as fill up the tank with potable water. Costs 2.500 ARS today, what is about 12,00 reais. Worthy to dump correctly and avoid penalties if gets caught on the road

That is the place whee all the buses empty their tanks, too. we could empty our toilet tank (mobile) and the grey water tank here. Very friendly staff, they helped us clean our toilet tank, and we received a small bottle of hygienic chemicals for the tank. Potable water available also. Paid 1.000.- pesos, got a receipt (sometimes you need that when entering a National Park).

San Martin de los Andes wastewater treatment plant where travelers can empty their black and gray waters. You can also fill up with drinking water. The only other place in Argentina where we found this kind of installation is in El Chalten.
