You can not park directly at the plaza anymore for more rhan 2 hours. And we might just be lucky cause its Sunday night. but no signs saying can't park here. no big vehicles. we are in a small van. vehicles driving by at night. there are some clubs close by and the view point is amazing and you can hang out there. you can bye water beer and coffee and some snacks from the vendors there too. hopefully other people get to enjoy this free parking and illegal sleep spot. lights on the street so have curtains. also it's on a slight hill.
