Latest Check-Ins

20 spots with power and water. Only 3 occupied and no one managing no one to take payment.

Close to MX 3 and truck noise all night

Report Check-In

$20 no sewer hookup, $25 with sewer hookup. Has water and power and bathrooms were clean. Just fine.

Report Check-In

Clean and well managed. Large pull through spots with water and electricity, dump station on site. Hot showers. Friendly host. We paid $20/night. Glad to find this place relatively close to the Tecate border crossing!

Report Check-In

Other reviews are right. Lucas is a kind soul. place is clean and tidy. Water/electric/dump. Great first stop over the border.

Report Check-In

Spent a night here. Good place with the amenities listed. Showers, restrooms and electricity works well to run the AC.

Report Check-In

The place is OK. Not as bad as some people say. Electricity works good, showers are ok, no wifi, of course. 20 usd a night is expensive but 100 weekly is pretty ok.

Report Check-In

Arrived by bicycle, no-one came to take any money, shower good and hot, water seemed good, an easy first night stop after crossing the border in Tecate but more for RVs than tents really

Report Check-In

we had a great stay. Luke greeted us warmly. Great fellow.
$20 / night. 30 amp.
Sani dump. we didn't need to connect to the water.
watch closely for the sign when heading south, it faces north.

Report Check-In

Nice tidy campsite, a bit close to the road. The bathrooms were very good. There is a Mexican family living on site which look like they clean and maintain the facilities, but no one came to collect money in the evening or morning. I was the only person at the campsite in mid October. Unsure on how much I would’ve been charged for a small tent + bicycle!

Report Check-In

In May 2022 we found a fine campground half an hour from downtown Ensenada. The showers are first rate and the toilets are clean and fully equipped with seats and toilet paper. The phone signal is strong here.
There is a refreshing sea breeze that blows up the valley. It cools the campground and makes it cold ( for us Floridians) after the sun goes down. There is some traffic noise which dies away at night. The views of course are lovely. Giving money to the school by virtue of staying here makes this place unbeatable.

Report Check-In

Super clean Spot. Hot Showers are great with very good water pressure.
2 Bathrooms, each with 2 x WCs and 2 Showers super clean with toilet paper. Normal price is 400$/night.
Wonderful landscape. Luke, the owner is super friendly. We can recommend this place!

Report Check-In

very convenient, clean place to stay. as others mentioned though it's right on the highway the noise after 8pm is very minimal. Luke was friendly and helpful.

Report Check-In

We found some more pesos and caught up with Luke later to add 200P more!

Report Check-In

It’s as great as described! The shower was incredible. And the facilities very clean. Like said $20 US was customary; unfortunately we had only set aside 200P (our last $ before the border crossing) which he accepted graciously. We don’t use any hookups - just the shower.

Report Check-In

Place is pretty empty on the off season, so you have your choice of spots. $20 night for a spot with electricity and water. Bathrooms are clean and showers are hot.

Report Check-In

Great place not far from the Tecate border. As mentioned the bathrooms and shower are great. If your looking to enjoy local wine tastings in the valley this is the perfect sport.

Report Check-In

great place for a Valle de Guadalupe base camp. Hot showers, clean bathrooms. Luke is a beautiful soul. His facility has a school for the deaf, so a great cause!

Report Check-In

Great campsite. Best showers we have had in Mexico so far! Luke is super friendly and helpful

Report Check-In

Great place to stay for a couple nights and Luke is an incredible host and provided great suggestions for the area (wineries!) and shared his great story and history of the place. Great hot showers and lots of pressure. Some road noise but didn't bother us. Highly recommend.

Report Check-In

We have camped along the baja peninsula and rarely found a story like Luke's (owner/manager). I can't wait to watch: https://m.imdb.com/title/tt1412450/?ref_=m_ttfc_tt. Luke was so kind and gave us tips for wineries, food and opened the gate across the street so our family could hike to the top of the boulder strewn ridge. The facility is clean and the location is terrific. I would come back anytime.

Report Check-In

nice place, friendly Owner. Lucas is Canadian and speeks excellent spanish to. Toilet and hot showers clean and functionally. perfect place to visit the lokal vineries.

Report Check-In

Great little RV spot in the beautiful Baja wine country. Full hook ups. Sites have some visual privacy with oleander shrubbery. Palms and a covered picnic area provide shade. Clean restrooms & hot showers. Easy on/off of MX3 makes for some road noise.

Report Check-In

Nice Campground, super clean bathrooms, but they changed the price to $25 per night. Since it is for deaf school children, we think money well donated. Lots of vegetation in between the sites. Sides all have electric and water, which both we didn't use.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Clean and tidy. most spots are pull through... 3 or 4 are back in. None of the spots are very level.... but all have 20/30amp power and water. Dump station at south end of facility (no signs). Plenty of road noise... but the ends around 8pm. Overall...great place and super convenient for wine tastings.

Report Check-In

As described. Busy road. The night eas surprisingly quiet, no csrs or trucks. Only lady's restroom open. Looks rather dirty and untidy. Hot water in showers. No trash cans or dumpsters. Nobody came to collect money, so we had a night for free.

Report Check-In

Excellent! Propre, ombragé, tout confort

Report Check-In

Very nice place .... we seem to be the only ones here however has showers, hot water and lots of CCTV so felt safe. Noise from engine breaking trucks between 6am and midnight also the local hotel nightclub can be heared until 2300. Hookups ....pull through and back ins all available after 4 days of rain we was still fine in our 2WD class C motor home.

Report Check-In

Enjoyed another nice stay here. No other campers. It looks like changes are happening at the Rancho. A hotel is being developed on the hill above it. There is no longer a school for the deaf. You can also rent an Airbnb across the street - https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/202090670

Report Check-In

Very nice place. Bathrooms clean and with hot water. Dump station. Nice view. Very safe. Near the vineyards and Tecate border.
Best of all Luke the owner and his wife Josefina. Fee up to 10 to 20 dollars for donation for deaf children

Report Check-In

20 USD or 350 pesos per night. Clean washrooms with toilets behind curtains. We spent here our last night in Mexico after 16 days of road trip. This RV Park was the most expensive campground for us in whole Baja California, but is a good choice for overnight stay close to the border.

Report Check-In

No more voluntary payment.
Price for 2 pers and a small van 350 mex, still no wifi.

Report Check-In

Fees are not on donation anymore. An old man came at 9PM to ask 20$US or 350$pesos. With an envelop for "donation" see picture. Will pay tomorrow.

Report Check-In

Seems they are looking for 200peso donation. The hint was on the envelope they gave us. A little loud with truck traffic and three dogs barking through the night.

Report Check-In

Great campground. A short walk through the vineyards to a world class dining experience at Fauna restaurant on the Bruma vineyard.

Report Check-In

Great location, friendly owner, near a great town, hookups and hot showers and all that. The owner, Luke, is very kind.

Report Check-In

Great campground with water & 30amp electric. Dump station on site. Clean shower with hot water. Have both pull-thru and back in site. We had no trouble pulling in with 40+ft rigs. Overlooking beautiful view.

Nestled in the incredible Valle de Guadalupe wine region, Guadalupe RV Park is surrounded by vineyards. This campground is donation based. The proceeds help the owners build schools for deaf children. Lucas is a great campground host and will come and introduce himself when he sees you pull in. The onsite campground manager is also very kind and accommodating. They have hot showers and flush toilets and the sites have water and 30 amp electric. Certain sites have a sewer connection and they have a dump station. Lucas was quick to give us a suggested itinerary for visiting the wineries.

This was a beautiful home base for our visit to Valle de Guadalupe and we will definitely be back!

Report Check-In

Camping by donation.
Funds used to support the deaf school across the street.
We gave $150p and stayed the night. We got some advice for local wineries from Luke.
The washrooms were clean and spacious.

Report Check-In

We came from Mexicali, ideal to stay the night and head on south.
Restroom and shower clean and hot
Nobody showed up to collect between 4 PM and 9 am.
The 3 quiets down after 11 pm and gets lively after 6 am again

Report Check-In

Great place to stay the owner Luke is very nice and comes by to collect the money. It’s 5 dollars or 100pesos Full Hookups, Showers and Bathrooms

Report Check-In

Very nice place. Perfect after crossing the border in Tecate which seems to be better than Tijuana.
Electricity, hot shower and everything was super clean!!! No potable water but you can find everything in the small city 1 mile away
200 pesos per night

Report Check-In

nice place, bathrooms looks clean.
parked right beside a orange tree.
No one showed up to take our money.

Report Check-In

Convenient RV park directly off the highway. Bathrooms and showers. Lots of spots. Since it’s right next to the highway it’s a bit noisy for sleeping. Also, non-secured driveway but we never felt unsafe. A couple other RVs there that appeared to be permanent fixtures. Really nice hotel and restaurant across the street if you want a nice dinner.

No one asked us for $ to stay there and we couldn’t find a place to pay.

Report Check-In

2018 July update - Bathrooms are all fixed, quite nice with hot showers. Electricity and water at most sites (not potable). They have a dump station. A guy comes around to collect a donation for the use of the campground. Nicely located for wine tasting in Valle de Guadeloupe. Across the street from and owned by Rancho Sordo Mudo which is a school for the deaf.

Report Check-In

Lovely little RV park very close to all the wineries (LA Cetto is just 5 minutes down the road). Full hookups available. Just pull in and choose a spot, the friendly owner comes by in the early evening to collect a donation (proceeds go to the school for the deaf). We paid 200 pesos for one night (only using small amount electricity, would recommend more if you use water/dump station). Nice bathroom with hot showers.

Report Check-In

The best campground we see in Baja !
Very well maintained. Telcel ok.
Dump station. And huge bathroom with hot shower !
Absolutely a great place.

Report Check-In

Perfect location on the way to/from Tecate Border crossing; nice and very clean maintained campground in the Valle De Guadalupe, the smaller sites are shaded with palm trees, the washrooms are the cleanest on our 7.week trip at Baja-the showers are really hot,
we paid 200Pesos/1night to Luke, a very friendly guy who take care to the campground; water, power, flush toilets and a big, clean hot shower...absolutely worth the money, which goes to the school for Mexican deaf children

Report Check-In

Got in late so never saw the owner. No facilities, but close to town In you’re doing wine shenanigans. Also, though the olive trees were pretty and rustic. Right off the main road so some noise comes with that. Also, other park noted nearby seems to be a duplicate entry.

Report Check-In

RV Park next to the Mex 3 with drive-through sites, electricity and hot showers. Camping fee: donation. Friendly owner, speaks english. Good place near the border.

Report Check-In

Clean campground with running water, close to the Valley De Guadalupe wineries. No bathrooms, wide open next to the road with some noise of passing trucks. This campground is run by school for the deaf and blind across the street. A guy came in the morning to collect $200 pesos and it goes towards the school.

Report Check-In

Did not stay. Noticed lack of rv parks listed for the Valle De Guadalupe, but this is nice with trees and spots and looks to have hookups.

Report Check-In

Confirm the other comments. We had water though and the school seems to be across the road. We stayed over night but nobody came to collect money. A gro of large US RV's were there too

Report Check-In

No one here but an old RV parked off in the trees surrounded by junk, he didn't seem interested in talking to us. Bathrooms closed, no power, no water. But it's a place to stay if you are looking for something right of Ruta3. I didn't see any deaf school either, there is a brand new super ritzy restaurant and hotel across the street that looks interesting and $$$

Report Check-In

A run down RV park that looked scary and was lacking a bathroom because they had been robbed of all the fixtures. Price is a donation to the school for deaf children that is across the road. ~USD $5.00
