Description

$200 pesos camping, $400 RV. I did not check the pricing on hotel rooms. Best margaritas by Romina, excellent food. It’s really a nice place, highly recommended. Small, quaint, but nice. It is close to the highway So if noise bothers you this is not the place for you

Last message is still ok. But we paid 400peso full hook up ! They accept credit card with no extra charge

Report Check-In

500 pesos for full hookups. Easy dump of the ole black tank, and nice people working there.

Spoke to a fellow on a motorbike who rented a room, he said he paid 1000 pesos.

Remember to ask for the hot water to be turned on before you head to the showers. Bath/shower rooms were basic but clean.

Restaurant: husband said his burrito was great, my garlic shrimp was a bit too salty, but the real surprise was when the salt rim on the glass somehow melted into the my marg... it was like drinking limey brine...so you may want to ask for no salt.

Road noise was pretty loud, and there are much more charming camping spots available (on the lagoon) if you head toward town square... but we needed to dump our tanks and weren't sure we could do that elsewhere.

Report Check-In

Stopped here for lunch. Excellent food at a fair price. Very friendly staff.

Report Check-In

Paid 5 bucks just to dump and fill. Easy.

Report Check-In

So, there is definitely a price variation. We paid 400 pesos for no hook-up while it looks like others have paid 400 and got some amenities.

Report Check-In

Great drinks, food and they had Monday Night Football on the tube! Thanks Ricardo!

Report Check-In

400 Pesos for one night with only electricity

Report Check-In

Went for sani-dump only. 100 pesos. The señora was nice. We use water to clean our dark and grey water.

Report Check-In

It’s outside of town,, you would have to drive in find parking etc. etc if visiting town. It’s basically first hotel/campground. It’s better to stay el padrino campground. It’s walking distance to plaza

Report Check-In

Stopped here to try "the best margarita in the world", or at least that's how it was described by multiple people before me. it was good. we played with the kittens. we decided not to stay the night, instead choosing a spot on the water nearby.

Report Check-In

Basically a parking lot for hotel. Stayed here to empty waste tanks, fill water tanks and recharge coach batteries. Mission accomplished. They are supposed to have got showers but currently no water to bathrooms, which are in not great shape. However, access to a hotel room for a hot shower was provided. Greatly appreciated.

Report Check-In

It really was the best margarita in Baja, the nachos were also great and everyone was so friendly.

Report Check-In

The location is great. Camping $200 pesos, $400 for full hookups and I don’t know the hotel prices. Great location, simple, but honestly… Probably the best margaritas I’ve ever had in my life. The food is the best I’ve had in three days traveling Baja. Even if you’re not coming here to get a room or a camp, definitely stop here and have a margarita. The bartenders name is Romina

Report Check-In

I stopped in for breakfast, coffee and the bathroom. all were excellent. really nice family owns the place. steak and eggs was ridiculously good, the coffee was strong and the bathroom clean. The internet was fine for me.

Report Check-In

Good place for a night. At the moment the only option in San Ignazio which is open because of Covid. Hot showers and clean toilet.

Report Check-In

Good Meal, pointed at menu to order. Slow internet available at restaurant, doesnt reach to camping area.

As others reported, some road noise if trucks use engine brakes. Hot showers, good water pressure ( not cleaned recently) pool was clean but unheated. Stray cats on restaurant patio wanting food. Cats greeted us in camp ground also. Would stay here again when passing though. 200 pesos with no hookups. Friends stayed in Square near mission for free. Curious to hear their exsperience.

Report Check-In

Great terraced park that offers parking for any size rig. Hotel and restaurant on premises. upper terrace bigger rigs, lower terrace smaller and has pool and 4 showers that are "adequate" Wi-Fi is very limited and does not work all that well away from the restaurant. Very friendly and accommodating. $200 pesos got us a good level spot within steps of the restaurant. Although some guides and signs indicate they take Visa and MasterCard, they may not if the internet is acting up. Bring cash....pesos and dollars work. A couple of the staff speak English, but with just a couple of words in Spanish under your belt it isn't a problem. Food here is very good and reasonably priced. if you have eaten at Rice and Beans in San Felipe, it is the same owners.

if you are on the upper terrace there is a bit of road noise but very quiet on the lower level.

There is a small pool that in warmer weather would be delightful.

This is a busy place if there are any races in town and is well known (and used) by the off road racing crowd.

Report Check-In

Didn’t attract me as it is close to highway. If you are looking for a quick overnight while travelling from Point A to Point B this would be great.

Report Check-In

Was charged 400 pesos per night for my 28 foot A class. Ate in restaurant, 345 pesos for food only for two. You can hear trucks on the highway when they use their exhaust brakes.

Report Check-In

This is a great place to dump and fill with water. 50mx. Very nice staff.

Report Check-In

Good food.
Internet was decent.
We stopped on our way south and north.
We paid to dump on our way south, had lunch/drinks.
The lunch and drinks were good enough we stopped on our way north (the date we used for this check in).

I would recommend.

Report Check-In

Paid $400 FHU.
We had been boondocking a bit so the hookups were good and water pressure was excellent in our rig.
WiFi .8Mb at site and bar. TELCEL E/2G 4 bars SLOW.
Sites are basically a parking lot, but shade can be found on east side. Chilly clean pool. Nice bar with good drinks and OK food.
Town is worth a look - church, square, museum, restaurants. A real oasis and a break from desert and beach. Trees!

Report Check-In

good place, clean hot showers, good restaurant. wonderful margaritas!.wi fi working well. they asked for 400pesos, settled for 350 fot a full hookup.

Report Check-In

$20 USD for a night with full hook ups. The showers are not the prettiest or the cleanest, but they are hot, and the water pressure is fabulous. The WiFi is non-existent, even in the office/restaurant. The food is a bit spendy and OKAY, but the margaritas and micheladas are wonderful!

Report Check-In

Great Place to grab food, A room and Shower. Has outside pool area. Electrical and water hookup . Full Service Restaurant and Bar.

Report Check-In

Didn’t spend the night just stopped for a mid morning marg. One of the best!!

Report Check-In

Total rip-off. Asked to park with no services, workers discussed among themselves until they came up with a number they liked and said 200 pesos a night. We said we weren't showering or using electrical, we just needed somewhere to park safely for the night and said we were willing to pay up to 150 (more than what we usually pay but it was getting late). Manager came in and said it would be 200 regardless of whether we used anything or not. We said that was fine but assumed that included showers and electrical. She then said it would be 100 more for electrical. Said "Thanks" and walked away - drove to Santa Rosalia where we slept for free. Way too much for what's offered...

Report Check-In

We came here because we thought they had hot showers. They do not their showers are lukewarm. Bathrooms are not very clean, some have lights some have shower heads, no toilet paper, soap or paper towel. Paid 200 pesos for no hookup.

Report Check-In

$100 pesos for 2 of us. Wifi in the restaurant. Nice people and site

Report Check-In

Paid $200 pesos/night. Power and water worked. Clean showers and toilet. The restaurant meals were good. Plenty of room to park big rigs.

Report Check-In

Big parking lot where you can stay. Without electicity 150 pesos per car. Nice showers. Wifi at the bar.

Report Check-In

hotel and full service RV parking lot. 300 pesos per night. flush toilets and hot showers. Wi-Fi only in the restaurant. We watched the Packers beat the Seahawks. it was a good Sunday afternoon.

Report Check-In

The only campground opened because of the hurricane. This is basically just a parking with showers and hookup. We paid 150m$.

Report Check-In

Nothing special. RV park at the MEX1 near the turn out to San Ignacio, WiFi and showers, MXN 150.

Report Check-In

Did not stay. We did eat at the restaurant and I must say the fish tacos were garbage. Guy tried telling me it was 350 pesos for hookup and 200 pesos for non hook up. We left when we heard that and decided to keep pushing on through to the beach. Nothing spectacular here.

Report Check-In

Not crowded. Dusty parking lot. Clean pool. Had to use a room for hot showers as bathroom showers not hot. Paid $100pesos for no hookups.

Report Check-In

The only good thing about this place is real hot showers... Internet was broken (or maybe non-existent at all) as the guy said it will be fixed within hour and next day he said it was working all day yesterday, but it was NOT! Liars!!! Event if it would it doesn't reach camping spots. 150 pesos or $13 USD for a vehicle. Wouldn't like to stay there another night.

Report Check-In

We rolled into this place late, and were pleasantly surprised. Electric and water hook ups, a decent pool, a great bar with mediocre food, and decent cold water showers. Super friendly staff

Report Check-In

Basically just a parking lot with 15-amp electric hookups. ~USD $9.00
