Only stay here if you have no other choice, retrospectively I should've checked hotel Diabola nearby. Hotel de Ville you get a room with a mosquito net and a thousand cockroaches. They give you a small fan but there's only 3h of electricity between 19h and 22h, and there was two power outages during that time. The bathroom isn't very clean and there's no running water, you get a big jerrican of water and a bucket. Cost me 100,000 GNF for one person. You can go near the petrol station to find lots of food stands.

ROBBERIES, outside main door never closed on the private parking, so somebody came to out car to grabb or push our back door stealing a backpack we had there.

2 travellers with toyota 4x4, we paid 50.000 guinean franc (5,5€+-) for overnight on the parking, not acces to the water not toilet for us, big private open parking with supposed protected wall BUT TRY ROBBERY on our car at mightnight grabbing our backdoor and stealing a backpack that we had hanged there, fortunately it was our trash, but know that the hotel not close outsider main door during the night, so not really safe the situation.

Pretty run down place. But beggars are no choosers. Electricity only on from 19:30 to about midnight. No water. Room was 100,000 or 150,000 GNF.

Run down, bit large room that I couldn't say was clean or not as it was so run down. Fan, no AC, bucket shower, no running water, western toilet but not sure it flushes, GNF100k

If you have to stop for a night, it's manageable

I came back one month later and they asked my 100.000 GF for no ac room, meanwhile last time the asked me 150.000 GF for the same room.

Good Place to stay and secure parking for cars, bikes and motorbikes. They ask me 200.000 for AC room and 150.000 for no AC room. no AC rooms were all booked so they did me the same price for AC room. unfortunately no wifi, no electricity during the day

Rooms in bad state, light bulbs broken, light switches broken, door locks broken, running water only in the morning, bathrooms uninviting. Overpriced and not friendly either. 150.000 for room with mosquito net and small fan. Not a place you stay longer than absolutely necessary.

100.000 pero night, clean room, fan, mosquito net, electricity all night until 6am.
they have a restaurant, the food is cheap also 8000 an omelette, 10000 potato salad with tomatoes, eggs and onion.
the owner is super friendly, took me to buy a sim card which cost 10.000and 650mb weekly another 10.000
highly recommend!!!

We stayed here for 1 night with our 4WD. We slept in our rooftent and we could use the buckey shower and toilet. We payed 50.000GF for the night.

The city center is nearby and we bought an Orange simcard for 10.000GF and 600MB of data for about 15.000GF. We bought a bread for 2.000GF. Diesel is 8. 000GF per liter! Somebody tried to mislead us with 10.000GF a liter. Enjoy!

WikiOverland.org - The Encyclopedia of Overland Travel. A Friend took the last basic room for 100,000GF. Manager let me camp in the gated compound in my 4x4 for free. I'm sure camping without a room can be negotiated. Easy walk to town market.
