Place is a bit run down but the rooms are okay and have AC (but only working when there's electricity), bucket shower. Good food (but check the menu and your bill). 10000 CFA.

Stayed here just for a dinner. Great view on the river. Big plate of tasty Fish with rice, tomato sauce and fried banana: 3500F.
At the begening waiter claimed that there is no food, but the owner just came back and said "of course we have food" Anyway, it's propably only restaurant in Town.
