Natural waterfall with swimming pool at its base. Admission 200CFA. Parking guards may charge more. Nice place, calm in the morning.

Guides for La Dent de Man (8km walk) and Mt Tonkui (drive across piste and 3km walk) can be hired here. I went with Sherrif, pleasant company.

Report Check-In

We went to the waterfalls on our way to mont tonkpi, but i wouldn't recommend it if you go just for this.
Its a nice waterfall but in an arranged area with a natural swimming pool, but with a lot of people, some monkeys in captivity, attached to the trees... and not worth the prices that went up ..
1000cfa for parking and 1000cfa/person (official ticket price)

Report Check-In

Toubab’s price 500cfa, local’s price 300cfa. We’ve seen small monkeys on the road some meters after

Well, it’s absolutely not a highlight of Ivory Coast. But if like us you slept at Mont Tonpki, you can stop on the way down to see the waterfalls. Parking is 500CFA for a car, they try to make you pay 1000 but just be sure of yourself and tell them you know the real price. Waterfall entrance is 500CFA pp. Even during the week at lunch the place was crowded. If you’ve been to or go to Guinea, you’ll see way more beautiful and natural waterfalls ! Don’t expect a lot of this one :)

Wouldn’t visit outside of the rainy season. Youngsters at the car park will try to rip you off, you should pay 500CFA for parking at the Cascade entrance and 500CFA pp entry.

Not worth it, to touristic.
1000 for parking and 500 pp entree waterfall

Report Check-In

at the parking lot they asked us 1000cfa and at the cascade 500cfa pp. went we said that we already paid for the parking 1000cfa the guy of the cascade went to parking lot and suddenly the price for the parking was 500 instead 1000. for us the cascade is not worth visiting... a dirty 'swimmingarea', not a big waterfall (in rainyseason probably bigger) and people who asked for pictures of us or just took one whithout asking.

Report Check-In

Cascade has reopened. Cost is now 500 CFA pp. Lots of school kids there when we went.

Report Check-In

The cascade pool was officially closed for renovation what we didn't mind, just walked further as is was shown on maps.me. After a couple of hundred meters we found a path on the right and we arrived to the top of the cascade. It is possible to climb down on the right side of the river - not too difficult but not just a walking path either.

The pool is a concrete constitution with pathways and terraces with the view to the cascade. There is also a bar and toilet. For going into the water I'd recommend the other cascade, but this one also worth a visit.

Report Check-In

Our friends visited before us and advised us not to go because there was no water, no swimming, and the price has increased to 500 cfa/person.
