Once you make it up the rough 4wd track, you will be rewarded with nice valley views and the opportunity to camp rough next to this abandoned monastery complex. Don't miss the main part, which is pretty much fallen apart and about 100m from the two restored buildings.
There is a picnic table and a spring onsite. Expect friendly locals to show up during the day. Enough even ground for overland vehicles or a tent. Slow but usable Vivacell 4g service.
