We wanted to extend our passavant here but they didn’t want to do it because we weren’t there on the date of the expiration date of the passavant. The guy told us we could do it in most of the cities.

This is the place to extend a passavant. Got an additional 30 days cost 2500.
Enter the building and go up one floor. At the top of the stairs turn right. In the hallway enter the door that reads, "Direcção dos serviços administrativo, financiero e património". Enter that door and knock on the door immediately to the right. That is the office you get the stamp and pay.
