Need Société Generale bank to deposit the money for the Liberia visa. Best be coming speaking some French as mine was tested.
At this location you pay the Guinea Franc for the vehicle. About 150m opposite is another branch where you pay the USD visa fee. Not sure if you can do both at the latter.
Helpful enough. They were a bit annoying i offloaded a load of small USD as they itemise the quantity of each denomination. But all done
