on both sides of the road are casas with parking, i stayed in the one to the east.
when everything was full and expensive in high season they gave me a room for 15cuc. nice people.
you can also try the casa that is close to the park to the north (22.413735, -83.69433), looked really good and had wifi from the park, unfortunately full when i was there.
