we had a complete different experience with that agency. a very bad organization (had to wait long, than left with a person who didn't say a word, shipped around in the harbour for half an hour, went back, picked more people up, waited again, picked the captain up and finally left). beside that the weather was quite bad, windy with waves and not much visibility. we saw one whale shark, not all people in the boat manged to see him snorkeling. I would NOT recommend this place. where a bit unfriendly too. we don't freak out if some things aren't going well, but that was very poor. hopefully it was just a bad day...

The whaleshark tour took 3 hours, very exiting. We saw a lot of whaleshark and 4 times swimming with them, 2 times they let us time to take pictures.
We payed 850 Peso.
We went out at 8 am, we were the only boot out for 2 hours.
We used only fins of them, wetsuite was not necessery and we used our own snorkel gear.

650 MXN for 2-3 hour whale shark snorkeling tour. Happily gave us our money back when the weather did not co-operative. Friendly people.

This agency is probably the only honest one as it was the only one to say they wouln't take anyone because of the too strong wind expected the day we planned the tour, what would not be good for sharks watching. They checked the wind forcast on windytv.com which is most reliable. All the others one saying it would be perfect, even the one of the museum which first appeared to us as serious.
Professional agency and one of the cheapest. Also took time to give us recommendations and tips for the rest of Baja.
New and clean gears.
Therefore recommend this place much more than the others!
