This place is very a clean, comfortable, and a central Hospedaje to stay in. Jorge is the owner and He is a nice guy, if you talk more with him he can give you a map of the city and give you advices.
You can pay with US dollars, its very pricy. One room for two people, one Big bed, we payed 17 USD.
The rooms are big enough so you put your bikecycle in yours.
The shower is Nice and hot, and the wifi ir has a good signal.
You have two cheap restorants crossing the street.

800ARS for private double and shared bathroom
600ARS for private simple and shared bathroom
Nice little hostel, small rooms, bathroom ok. fast wifi. Supermarket and restaurants nearby.

As of March 1, 2019 rates are 600 pesos for room with shared bath or 800 pesos for private room and private bath for Two people. Clean, comfortable and warm. hot showers and room for our bicycles in the room. Two blocks from Carrefour.

Extremely friendly owners, clean bathrooms, cheap and well located. All the comments about the heat are right, but good temperature if you sleep just lying over the bed. They make an effort to accomodate all our bycicles inside the house.

You can actually make your food here, just as long as it can be done in a microwave or just with boiled water on a “cocina a leña” (they ask not to cook stuff that will smell up the place, like onions or meat)

Central hospedaje. Simple but clean, bathroom, showers with hot water. Towel provided. No kitchen, just a sink, fridge and kettle to boil water. WiFi works well. Friendly dueño.
Price now 500 ARS (13.50 USD) for single traveller with shared bathroom. Excellent value after cycling the relentlessly windy last 40 km from Tolhuin, which killes me very much!

Clean, cheap and good location. Wifi works well. No kitchen only possible to boil water. It was very very hot inside the hostel with no windows with the outside.

good, clean hostel, 500/night with shared facilities. Kind owner, cyclist friendly, bathrooms are clean but old. Stayed 5 nights to recover from injury, perfect quite place for it.

nice little hostel, very basic but clean. WiFi feels rather slow, probably because it was said it is fast. single room with shared bathroom was 400ARS per night. owner is nice too

Clean bed, sheets and room. Very nice owners and affordable. 500 pesos for a private room with private restroom and shower and 400 for a room with shared restrooms.

Stayed here 1 night after rocking up without a reservation at 6:30pm. Owner was very friendly and patient with our poor Spanish. 450 ARS for private room with double bed and shared bathroom. Definitely one of the better rates in town.

Very clean, a double room with private bathroom costs 500AR. We were allowed to bring our loaded bikes inside and store them in the corridor outside the room - very convenient! Hot water for coffee/tea is available, but no cooking is allowed. WiFi in the room is very good. The water in the shower is hot. Towels are included. Very warm inside.

Great little place to stay. Warm, clean, convenient location, hospitable owners. 400 pesos for a 2 bed room (200/person).

we paid 400 for a double room. no parking for bikes but we parked on the sidewalk no problem. No kitchen but there is a rotiseria 2 blocks from there where they sell cooked meals to go for cheap. We had fast internet in our room. its the best price in town for sure.

Nice little hospedaje that has the best value for the room in the city I believe. Not really anywhere to park a overlander besides the street but we parked our moto just in the outcropping outside the door with no problems. 500 pesos for a private double bed with bathroom and heater, room two is the best I think!
