Description

The lovely third age couple and their family, who runs the restaurant, warmly allowed us to sleep inside the property. Toilets available. Didn't ask anything for the night but were glad and proud that we liked their empanadas so much!

Stopped here to break up the drive to La Paz. Very friendly staff. Good food. The carne meat was really tasty. Busy place at 5pm. Didn’t stay the night. Two bars on T-Mobile here

Stopped in for lunch and was wowed. Simple place, kind people working there. Got an empanada & a burrito with a coke and some of the most delicious caramel empanaditas for $150. Arrived mid-day so didn't ask about staying the night but others in the restaurant were gracious with their recommendations.

Good spot for a stopover to La Paz from further north. Food is fine and affordable, things are 20-25mx a piece. Graciously allowed us out back to spend the night among chickens, cows, mules and dogs. We have a friendly dog and everyone got along splendidly. Did not use the bathrooms as we have our own. Telcel works well. Take-out only currently due to covid.

We stopped here after a long days drive and had a bite to eat and asked if we could camp out front in our van. They graciously allowed us to park inside their fence for extra security. Wonderfully nice people and they have great food for a very good price.. I would recommend to everyone.

Confirming this is loncheria km 98. Great family, great food!
Specially empanadas de carne, tamales de carne, quesatacos and quesadillas. (20mxn each)
We stayed one night (free camping, park anywhere after their entrance fence. They have goats and hens nearby)
Restrooms in the restaurant are nice and clean. Outside they are old, but owner said no problem to use the ones inside anytime.
In the morning Pepe (cousin of the family) offered us to go on a horse ride to an area of fossils, we found shark teeth, giant fossilized snails and other shells.
The kids and our dog enjoyed very much, we agreed on a price, it was totally worth it!

Stopped intending to stay for the night. Absolutely disgusting toilets. And we have a pretty good tolerance for disgusting toilets. We left. Now 22 kms south at entry Restaurant. Much much better. We are feliz.

We had some burritos and asked if we could sleep in the van on the parking lot next to the house and there was no problem ! Toilets are outside but wasn’t clean at all when we were there. Free and safe for one night, perfect
