Went thru this checkpoint today with my car. They just waved us thru.

Attention! The police put a joint in a bag at our door to find it later. We called our embassy, but they couldn’t help directly but I think in the end it made the difference. We kept on saying that it’s not ours and went to the police commissary in town. The police there was helpful, in the end they believed us and let us go without paying. A few days ago another tourist was made to pay 1200 Euro for the same thing.

Nothing to worry about. Just smile… We had no problems.

Passed this place with my motorcycle. No problem. The police greeted me in a friendly manner and waved me through.

Went there once there was nobody, went there again and a police guy was about to corrupt us. He said our insurance was not good (but it was) , saying non sense thing. Didn’t ask for money as we stayed calm and knew we didn’t have anything wrong. Did the same to some friends, claiming they had to have a correct technique control for their véhicule ahah. Bullsh*t ! Anyway, juste be aware they can try to corrupt :)

Crossed the checkpoint from the north.
Get stopped and they checked my papers and wanted to see some of my boxes.
Didn't ask for anything and i could leave after 10 min.
