Madagascar
If you are after air con and a little out of town, this place is great. They where in the middle of renovating the restaurant but still managed to serve breakfast and dinners. We took the room with a fan, air con, en suite with hot water and a mozi net that covered the whole bed. The rooms are not very big. The internet by the reception is surprisingly fast. Shower took 5mins to get hot water though but when it did it was really hot. A lot of the staff spoke enough English if your French isn't great. At 91,500Ar with 1,500 tourist tax, it is expensive but after staying in other places in town with just a fan(and a nightly power cut). It meant we could get a good nights sleep without it being 24 degrees in the room.
