got water here without a problem. we were here in November as well and then we used a different tap to the one I was pointed to now. pressure and speed normal. helpful people. I was asked to drive in backwards as it is an emergency exit and you need to be able to leave quickly.

Unfortunately, no water comes out of this tap. But you can get water from the fire department in the city. The gentlemen there are very nice.

got water from the bomberos.
they like to talk and a guy spoke English. He told us it's aqua potable.
If you try it I'm not sure.
