beautiful lonely beach; restaurant at the Tree House Lodge (2km). If the road is repaired, then again big rig friendly. Tiggers travels here in Feb 2016 and the road is still out.,detour through resort and gave owner 50baht to use his private road around broken bridge.

The coordinates for this aren’t exactly right. We camped at 11.95707 102.43141 which looked like the photo. The track to get to it is a bit narrow/low due to the palm trees. We fitted in our 2.5m high Land Rover discovery, but a big rig may struggle. Perfect spot right by the beach. A bit of rubbish but we’ve stayed places that are worse. You can walk along the sand to Long Beach Resort which has drinks, food, toilets, and showers for customers. We stayed 3 nights. A few people came past, smiled and waved - all tourists, no locals. The koh chang memorial is a 5 minute walk further along the road. There is a parking area there and it would be possible to camp, but not as hidden/private/nice as this spot.
Report Check-InThe road is good again and the beach is really quit secluded. Only one person walked by yesterday. The beach would be beautiful but it’s full with tons (no exaggeration) of rubbish. If you can look past that it’s a good spot with many coconuts around.
The beach next door at the memorial looks amazing but many tourists come along.
An almost ideal secluded beach. Be careful of high tides as the small beach is flat.
