Report Check-In

Report Check-In

We slept twice on different days and it was very peaceful. There is movement of people on the beach until late but it is very safe! Despite the signs prohibiting staying overnight with a Motorhome, we had no problem even with the police doing some rounds.
There is a public toilet on site.

It’s a very small parking lot, must be full in high season. At the entrance of the road along this parking lot, there is a sign, saying that motorhomes can park but are not allowed not stay overnight. We didn’t see any man, guarding the place. The parking is next to the road, so vehicles pass by closely, luckily not too much. Nice place to spend a day! We stayed overnight next to the public park, where it’s quiet during the night and locals are very welcoming. See other post.

We arrived on a saturday and there were men who takes care of the parking lots here. One of them told us in low season it is no problem to park and overnight with a motorhome.
We stayed three nights (saturday-tuesday) without problems. Police drove by very often.

Report Check-In

We stayed 2 days and nights in this place, it has a no parking sign but out of season nobody tells you anything. It was very calm and beautiful. In high season they must be more strict with parking.

Ocean view parking for free. At parts of the parking campervans aren‘t allowed. 200m away some pit toilets.

We came in the afternoon and were told ok for the day but you have to leave at night.....so not for overnight stay. just day parking. Beautifull, charming village though!

Report Check-In

we had two quiet nights. beautiful spot on the beach. there were 4 other overlanders and we felt totally save. many restaurantes around.

Report Check-In

Great spot right at the beach. Pretty crowded even in the off season. None of the WiFi networks were available, nobody tried to break into our van during the night.

We stayed two nights until a construction crew asked us to leave because they were putting poles into the ground to fight erosion. Now the place for cars is only half the size it was before so it will be very crowded in the season.

Report Check-In

Great spot for one night but a bit exposed. Other overlanders as well were camped here.

Report Check-In

Very nice spot in front of the sea BUT not secured (someone tried to force our lock of our van) !!! Good place to chill out but better not spend the night during off season.

We stayed here in the middle of the high season. There were lots of people on the beach during the day but it was quiet at night. We went to the Arrai Beach bar for Internet There are power outlets to charge stuff there. The owners are really friendly and gave us tips for places to visit in Brazil. Clean Bathrooms down the road by the tourist information center.
