Came here for registration. we slept in our van in front of the guesthouse but it's right on the street so not the mosto comfortable place. we payed 7 USD per person for registration, WiFi, toilet and shower. nice owner and they speak English.

Report Check-In

Nice spot, stayed here 2 nights. owner speaks excellent English and can arrange a tour of the city. $12 for a dorm bed or $20 for a private room with 2 twin beds and private bathroom. great breakfast. we parked our motorcycles under the entry area, and there were several bike packers as well.

Report Check-In

We slept in a twin room for $25 including breakfast and registration. We had our own bathroom, beds were fine. Wifi is good. You can park your car in front of the guesthouse. Breakfast is big and good.

8$ pp, inkl. shower/toilet, wifi, registration and breakfast. Slept in car. Wifi is shit and they locked the door at night so couldn't use the toilets. Didn't open when I knocked.
peed in their garden.
5$ for a big bag of washing. It came back still dirty and damp.
Family is not very friendly.

Pros:
- Breakfast is very good and served on the terrace
- Location. You can easily enter the old city for free from south gate. just walk past the ticket booth then turn left towards the hotel and easily sneak in from there.
Also possible to do the same if you walk 500m to the north gate, there you can even climb onto the fort wall free of charge.
Prices are a bit of a rip off. Tourists pay way more. Museums are worth visiting though. The tickets do not include the mausoleum. You will need to pay extra and they raised the prices.

TIP: It's a 2 Day pass and 1 day is enough to see it all so sold our ticket for half price to another couple.

we wanted to make the deal but...
as soon as we parked, a young Guy came to us to propose for 8$ pp registration, breakfast, shower and wifi.
friends did arrive before and we joined them to help them for an issue with their phone. the young Guy didn't appreciate so he did cut the wifi!!! and he didn't even came to ask us if we wanted a drink and if we were ok with the deal.
first we thought there was a problem with electricity. we came back to make the deal and a laundry. and the young Guy start to be nasty to us. they were asking 40000 soums for the laundry and when I asked if the wifi was working, he confessed that he cut it on purpose!...
I would highly recommend to go somewhere else. they are unfriendly and no polite.
then if you want to visit and enter to the fortress without paying, you can enter by the north entrance.
ticket fee for the Pavlaven mausolee is 10000 pp.

It is directly opposite the west entrance to the old town. We paid $ 10 per person for registration, shower, wifi and good breakfast

Report Check-In

They asked 10$ p. P. - we negotiate to 9$. The breakfast is really good and filling. The location is very central, but for us sleeping in a camper with a pop-up roof to loud as there is a lot of traffic at the west gate. Quite bussy on the streets on Saturday evening.

Perfect located place, very friendly guest family, 8usd pp for parking, registration, great terrace breakfast.

Report Check-In

Slept in big truck parked out front. US$9 per night including super breakfast, electric hook up, shower etc. Perfect location for Khiva, great for meeting Overlanders on bikes, back packing etc. Stayed four nights. Supermarkets, bank near by.

Report Check-In

nice place to meet other overlanders. you can park your car right in front (and they have cameras) . payed 25$ for a double with own bathroom. rooms are small and you can hear people walking on the first floor. breakfast is brilliant and the rooftop as well. can drink your own beers here. big bag of laundry done for 40.000. off course they try to make money: it is a business. but are willing to help with everything. we could take water.

Report Check-In

Only go here to meet other overlanders. The place itself isn’t much. One shared toilet and shower for everybody, and they’re not clean. Staff seems a bit lazy but the breakfast was very nice. The beds are very bad though.

The AC in our room did not work very well, it was still hot inside.

Report Check-In

Nice room, with shower. Paid $20 for two persons including breakfast and city tax

Report Check-In

I can’t recommend staying at this guest house. One shower, one toilet and one sink in horrid condition for ALL of the guests. Breakfast is okay. But the owner family is incredibly unfriendly and greedy for money. After check out they demanded more money because we used (extremely slow) WiFi and toilet before leaving.

Report Check-In

We stayed to nights in front of the hostel in our van. Quite loud during the day. Only one shower. Toilets are not clean. Owners a bit lazy. But breakfast was great.

Report Check-In

Très très bien pour visiter Khiva...
prix de 25 à 29 dollars suivant la chambre avec petit déjeuner très copieux

Report Check-In

Good location and fantastic breakfast. A bit expensive though. 160000 som to stay in car and 230000 for a double room.

There are both free and paid parking just opposite of the guest house. You could probably free camp here, though there is a lot of noise in the night.

Report Check-In

We have paid 8$/ adult, 4$ for a kid (8 years old ), free for a 6 years old kid.
For that price, we get 4 registrations access to shower, 3 breakfast, water, electricity during our stay ( need a cable of minimum 20 meters) and access to the very poor wifi.

Report Check-In

very friendly and helpful people

Report Check-In

Indeed, nice place. It is 50 m from East Gate, very friendly owner who also helped with changing money. The breakfast is huge and delicious! Sleeping in the car is next to the street, so not very quiet. A double room would be 25 USD.

Report Check-In
