Just on the cliffs, great views on the lake.
In the evening a very nice old man came by to say hi, and welcomed us. The spot is within sight of the village, but it seems to be okay to camp here.
You can even drive further down, to another level area, which is more hidden, if you trust the ground 😉

We slept here last night with our tent. What a beautiful spot! Really quiet and the view is amazing. It can be very windy but we were lucky and had almost none.
We found a lot of plastic and trash there. We are on the bycicle and couldn’t clean everything. But if you go by car, maybe you can help clean it up.
Beautiful, quiet, somewhat windy night. In the morning a man and woman came up demanding 30 soles. They were definitely not friendly. We gave them 10 soles and they were not happy but eventually grumbled and left. We packed up quickly and left before someone else bothered us. Perhaps they are getting sick of overlanders here. Still a nice place for a night but be aware you may have to cough up some money...
Report Check-Inwindy but beautiful! we spent one night here with our van. Possible with 2 van.

Really a nice spot. The lake on both sides with spectecular views. A bit windy due to it's exposed location.
Got woken up by a villager who wanted to welcome us. Very nice guy.
What a beautiful spot. Surrounded by the Titicacalake. You will enjoy a wonderful sunset and sunrise. We loved it here. We came here with our VW T3 whitout 4x4, the gravel road was in good condition and absolutely not steep. Thumbs up!
Report Check-InTry to get there before it's dark, it looks a lot friendlier in the daylight. Beautiful spot though overlooking the lake, in view of tiny village. Road is about 20km unsealed but mostly good. Free. We didn't see or hear from anyone, only a couple of cars passed us in the night.
