Parking lot on Spit near airport, near little park. Quiet, we stood her from 7pm until 8am, no problems.

we stayed down from the dog park about a block, there were 11 Van's, campers etc. no problem, stayed from 7 till 7. it's a commercial area with a beautiful park on the spit.

Report Check-InAs a local, I just want to clarify the airports referenced are private float plane and helicopter companies. The actual airport is about 12 km south and inland.
Report Check-InI am staying at the nearby TV park, Thunderbird and taking a walk, this little park has free water, no one is Boondocking here but down at the end of this street there are 5 camper vans and a truck and trailer set up for the night at 7:10 pm. Nice spot by the river And the airport is quiet. Walking paths.
Report Check-InNice parking lot and grassed area. We had a little bbq dinner and stayed the evening . There were 4 vans/cars and 1 other camper van. No signs prohibiting and no problems
Report Check-InNice place, except at 9am we got woken up to bylaw asking us to move as you aren’t aloud to sleep in cars in city’s. There was about 5 others vans sleeping in the car aswell.
Report Check-InWe slept one night here. There is no sign and it's quiet during the night.
Toilets are open until 10 pm.
At 8.30 am, cops asked us to move, telling us freep camp is forbidden in Campbell River
pretty nice free parking spot. with a washroom open from 7 am to 7 pm.
