impossible to reach from the East: access road is interrupted, and treacherously so: there's a large ditch full of mud and covered by grass on the way, completely invisible until you get your two front wheels stuck on it and can't get out even with 4x4, and have to go out on foot to find someone to pull you out (don't ask me how I know...).

Might be reachable from the West, but I haven't tried and don't recommend it, as there's other, much easier spots to get water in the city.

I corrected the location. The water is potable & very tasty!

Appears to be the wrong location. Maps will lead you down an overgrown road. The info office is in the middle of town. There's also drinkable water at a tap at the YPF opposite the tourist info.

At the right side of the tourism info, near the pieces of Wood, there is a tap along à post
