very friendly people. you pass the toll gate on the right but do not have to go through it if you come from tombwa and go to the hot springs.
It’s a lovely place to stop but we couldn’t find the hot springs! Maybe because it was dry season and it’s different during wet season.
We decided not to swim in the river as there’s plenty of cows and goats using it and it’s very still.
Report Check-InNice place, very friendly people. No gate or toll or entrance to the park, it’s probably further south.
Road to here is not too bad. Mix of rocky parts, some gravel and good sand tracks.
Report Check-InHere there is now a toll gate where you have to pay entrance fee for Iona national park.
Behind this point if you toward Ruacana Falls you will find the worse track ever when there is one.
