Good and clean hotel in town, prices goes from 40 to 110 soles, depends of the size of the room and if you want AC or not. Bargain possible if you stay more than one night. Fast wifi.
The owner can keep your car, motorbike or small van in his secure private house for one or two weeks if you want to go to Iquitos for example. 5 sol per day per vehicle.
Good option in Yurimaguas.

We stayed here one night before getting the slow boat to Nauta and one night when we got back, clean and comfortable. Would advise against the corner room on the junction. It can be a bit noisy. Our van was stored under cover, around the corner in what seemed to be the hotel parking. Super safe, out of the sun and 7 sol per night. Hotel rooms start at 50 sols for a double. All the staff were very friendly, especially when we returned 10 days later.
