On the rear of the service house there is a handicap toilet in which there is a shower handle. It does of course requires that you have portable water tanks. Otherwise there do are some water pitchers in the outside. At least in summertime.
The churches are tax founded. Of course the water is thought to be for the church visitors, but an occasional overlander without other options are welcome if you show respect.
(The shower handle turns off after 10 litres.)
