Camping Is 120pp I'm gonna remove the kitchen facility because it's non existent. Fridge has been broken forever and so the tiny electric cooktop (the one you use for camping to give you an idea) making the kitchen completely useless. WiFi was also incredibly slow

We stayed here for 4 night because we had to wait for our car to be repaired and it was one of the cheapest options in the city. Honesty - if you have other option take it! We felt like the hostel is added to a bar which is the most important there. Full of locals coming every afternoon and night for a drink, loud music, drunk people coming back in the middle of the night and looking for a nice girls that they met last night. In the kitchen there is lack of cooking equipment and only two stoves for many guests, no chairs or tables to eat what we’ve cooked.
Upsides: good wifi and nice staff.

The people that work at the reception, the bar and the manager are friendly and helpful. However in the campground there’s a few long term people that almost live there, and sometime when there are almost drunk they talk and discuss about things very loudly and just next to your tent. At their age (45-65 ) , we could say it’s not really a proof of respect and quietness. If you’ve a tent it’s better to set it on the first floor, cause down it’s really a problem in case of water. 110ppn, laundry 50,

Small camping. There is no restaurant here as described. There is only a bar where the local neighborhood drunks every night, drunk, loud foul language, stagger between the tents. When grilling meat, while visiting a toilet, drinkers eat the entire grilled dish. Some of the guests were with children and had to endure loud rude speech. Extremely unpleasant and insecure place.

Much as Paulbmw says, though the kitchen isn't great.
It's a very convenient place for a night or 2 but a bit crowded for cars with tents if more than 3 are there.

Price is now 110$ ppn, includes breakfast (cereals with yogurt or toast, and a coffee or tea). The camping has no grass and is in the secured backyard. Watch out if you come here if it rains (it didn't rain for 4 years but when we arrived it did and a lot, everything was flooded and our tents floating 😅) The place itself is nice, lots of other travellers, the bar is visited but closes early, nice pool and ablutions are fine. Not sure if big rigs will fit here. Kitchen and fridge to use.

Paid 100N$ to stay which included coffee and toast for breakfast. Campsite not in the best condition, harder with a roof tent to find a nice spot. The backpackers itself is ok, a bit run down but has a nice pool and bar area. Wifi. No electric outside.

Stayed here again and not much changed, free breakfast consists of two pancakes and coffee, laundry now 15N$ (1€) if you have your own washing powder, good if you like backpackers but there are better campsites in and around Windhoek by now
