Beautiful spot. Tons of deer and plenty of geese. Lovely view of the sunrise and sunset, and plenty of space for us. One picnic table, a garbage bin, and a recycling.
Report Check-InNice spot, with a lot of space. Garbage and one table picnic. Also a Begin/end of trail, with Gravel heap, not sure arrangement is finish !
Lot of geese and beautiful sunset.
Spent two night here, the first one, a sunday evening, very calm, 3 others campers with us, NO mosquitos.
The second one, noise from factory around here and a lot of mosquitos ! It’s a freight zone, but sleep well anyway.
Really good place.
Très beau site. Bernache avec nous pour le souper. Poubelle, propre, nous étions seul. Moto friendly.
Report Check-InPaved but pretty rough road getting in. Boat launch in Industrial area, there are far nicer places to stay in the area , but it will do
Report Check-InGrand parking d'herbe, un peu de bitume également. Nous sommes restés une nuit. Nous avons vu des biches en soirée, nuit très agréable, pas de bruit. Quelques locaux venus voir l'eau.
Report Check-InThere is lots of grass, garbage and recycling bins, a picnic table, and room for several vehicles. We didn’t see any deer or geese, but heard the geese overhead practicing for their winter flights. We smelled a skunk during the night. Take care if you have dogs. There is a nearby railway, so we heard trains (no horns) during the night. Overall, it was a good stop.
Report Check-InNice spot that is also used by locals for fishing. Also saw deer and geese but unfortunately a lot of mosquitoes as well.
Report Check-InDeer, geese, and huge grass fields with a healthy population of mosquitoes as advertised.
Report Check-InStayed last night no problems. Shared only with some deer and a skunk! Let's keep it clean.
Report Check-InAs others have said: nice, quiet place next to the water. Deer all over the area. Recommend spending time down the road at the scenic lookout then sleeping here. I had lovely morning sunrise there and also tonight’s sunset, before parking at boat ramp.
Report Check-InSweet little spot. Lots of room for parking. Occasional dog walkers and fishermen during the early evening. Deer and geese grazing the fields at night. Calm and peaceful.
Report Check-Intrès bel endroit assez paisible, si vous aimez les animaux vous serez choyé. se lever au milieu d'un voilier d outard et quelque chevreuils....super
Report Check-InBig grass area. Quiet at night. A lot of geese in the morning. Did not found the pit toilets.
Report Check-InGood quiet spot, be mindful and clean after yourself, to preserve the place.
Report Check-InQuiet boat launch with plenty of space for a self contained B class Van. Saw locals swim off the docks. Mission Marsh conservation park just down the street for a morning walk and place to make breakfast with a great view of the sleeping giant.
Report Check-InComme décrit. Rien ne semble avoir changé depuis la dernière description. C’est très agréable d’y être en regardant les chevreuils à moins de 10 mètres de nous.
Report Check-Innice spot with deer and goose! quiet! don't judge by the neighborhood to get there!
Report Check-Invery quiet, there is a gate but open when we arrived and open when we left. there was a European B class RV also stopped for the night. trails in the conservation area.
Report Check-Indecent option in thunder bay, locals seemed curious but nobody came to check me. many mosquitos though.
