Staff on site was not knowledgeable about camping possibilities and conditions, manager could not be reached. We ended up renting one of their pavillons for 40.000 RWF with 2 bedrooms and double beds, living room, european style toilet and a bareley working hot shower with minimal water pressure. Pavillon located in very nice park-like surroundind directly at the lake shore. No WiFi.

Nice view and great place at the lawn if you have a ground tent BUT they ask for 30,000 Francs (+-30USD) per person for camping which is the same price as the chalets. Plus, we have a rooftop tent so we would have to camp at the parking lot next to the main road. We didn't even bother to try to negotiate....

Really beautiful location right up against the lake, plenty of space for tents, quiet and peaceful. Bucket shower and toilets are a bit of a walk from the tent area. They wanted 10,000 francs, negotiated to 7000. Rooms apparently start from 15,000 but it was fully booked. Nice food at the restaurant.

Camping for vehicles in the carpark but there is grass for tents, very expensive for the facilities! There are toilets only for campers but they gave us access to a room to have a hot shower.
