Nice clean well run place. Recommended for the tented rooms, but not for overlander camping.

We stayed in the parking lot with our RTT. Payed 20.000. We were the only guests so there was enough flat space for us. It‘s a lovely place where you can chill in the garden or at the restaurant. One of the guys took us to the top of the mountain early in the morning, showed us the village and explained a lot. Tour took about two hours, 10.000 per person. It was a really nice experience.

Report Check-InLooks lovely and was highly recommended to us, however, I think the recommendation was actually for the tented rooms at 30,000RWF pn. I don’t think this place is really suitable for camping.
We asked to camp with our rooftent and were offered a spot in the tiny car park for 20,000 RWF pn. Far too expensive for what we were being offered. Since all the rooms were also full, we left to find somewhere else.
I’m not sure if there is a better camping spot available for ground tents.
