Description
Witsieshoek Mountain Lodge is placed in the Sentinal NP.
You can stay here in a private hikers room for around R400,-(hot showers).
You can also hike the mountain and camp on top for R75,- pp(bring your own tent).
Or 'camp' at the parkinglot at the start of the trail for R110,- pp(there are dorms with cold water).
Entrance fee for the Sentinal NP itself is R45,- pp.
And the hiking trail costs R75,- pp.
It is all quite expensive for a hike,
but the hike up is nice and takes 5 to 8 hours(we did 2hrs up, 1hr wandering on top and 2hrs down).

- The last 8 km from the lodge to the car park is 150,- (going there and back) but with at least a small SUV you can drive it.
So for all inclusive for a couple you have to pay 590,-!
In my opinion it’s much to expensive! But the hike is extraordinary!
