Description
The first part of the road closest to Oruro is good pavement but as you get closer to Sucre it is under construction and you must go very slow for over 100 kms. This is not put at the start of the road construction.

Unless you are visiting a location directly on this route, do not take this road. If traveling between Oruro & Sucre take the route through Potosi. This road is under heavy construction with many stops for machinery and poor road conditions for over 100k. Construction is ongoing and will likely take several more months.
