Botswana
Nice little clearing in the bushes with a braai place. Pit toilet and a shower shelter with a bucket as a shower, but you have to bring your own water. Sunday camp 1 is next to the Leopard Pan and we were joking about how some places are named to make them more interesting, but as we got into the campsite it was a leopard there. We got a couple of minute’s view of it, before it disappeared into the bushes. 60 pula + 290 pula National Park fee

We were here in Feb 2020 the first time. Then it rained a lot and the campsite was a bit flooded, as were the pans. Now it was a very pleasant 4 nights here. Nice shade from trees, very quiet, as no other campsites on this Leopard pan. This is the CK-SUN-01. And yes, there is a leopard living somewhere nearby, saw the tracks one morning at the road to this campsite.
Pit toilet, no water, no bucket at the ”shower” spiral. Fire ring a bit broken. But still a great site.
Remote and rustic wilderness camp with a distant view of Kori Pan. Many birds will visit you if you offer water. A primitive long-drop-toilet and nothing else but nature. Access from Rakops to Matswere Gate and further on is ok with some scratches on the truck from branches. Also south to Deception Pan the track is ok, north to Sunday Pan and Leopard Pan it gets very narrow.
Report Check-InCampsite at Leopard Pan, lots of shade. Given name is irritating, as Sunday pans are somewhere further south. Narrow, bushy road coming from Kori Campsite. Check attached picture for names of campsite.
Report Check-InGreat location for Leopard Pan (complete with leopard!). Usual facilities, pit toilet rather full and lots of flies, good shade. Access OK for Land Rover and full size caravan.
Report Check-InPit toilet is quite full, but the place itself is fantastic.
To be reached only on sandy and quite narrow tracks. If you are afraid of scratches chose another one.
Beautiful wild site. Facilities are in good condition except the fire pit. Can be booked through the DWNP as Leopard Pan CKSUN01. Still P30 pppn plus park fees.
